(last updated 2/6/25)1. The commission will be paid for upfront, at the latest being after the commissioner has seen the sketch for coloured and fully rendered pieces. I will not progress beyond a sketch unless the commission has been paid for. All previews will be heavily watermarked. The exceptions are Discord Nitro commissions (no matter the nature of the piece and with at minimum x1 Discord Nitro @ $9.99 USD) and any sketch commissions will be paid for upfront.2. I will be providing commissioner with updates on the artwork, and the commissioner can then provide feedback for amendments. Large changes (pose, scene etc.) cannot be changed after the final product is created. If any changes requested are deemed unreasonable by me, I will not implement these changes without an added fee of $5-10 USD depending on complexity.3. Commissioner may repost the final product with proper credits (linking to my social media), including using the artwork for private use. These commissions are for private use only. For commercial use (eg. merch, social media branding), a different price may be discussed.4. Prices cannot be negotiated. For discounted prices, I will occasionally open up Discord Nitro commissions.5. I am willing to provide refunds before the sketch is complete for coloured and fully rendered pieces - refunds cannot be provided beyond the sketch, where I will confirm to proceed after the commissioner is happy with the composition. Please do not waste my time.6. The nature of my commissions is not entirely professional, but please be respectful and mindful. I reserve the right to withdraw from the commission and provide a full refund if the commissioner is being disrespectful. I also reserve the right to decline any commission without reason.7. All pieces produced will be watermarked.8. My art may not be used for AI generative purposes, such as feeding it into a machine. My art may not also be modified after the final piece has been sent to the commissioner through AI or editing.
